Cafe & General Store
About Us
A locally owned and full-stop cafe for all your
unique fancies: Lebanon-roasted coffee from Tucksters, house-made
chocolates and treats, and lots of goodies from vendors all over Tennessee.
All of this curated to serve our community the best experience possible.

In the Kitchen
April Foster has been in the chocolate business her whole life, and has been serving from her home for years. At the Black Sheep, April and her husband Michael bring only the best chocolates, truffles and turtles into their storefront.

And that's just the beginning.

The Fosters and their team provide a full breakfast and lunch menu almost daily at the Black Sheep Cafe. They have anything you could find Southern comfort in: from Biscuits and gravy, to a chicken & bacon sandwich slathered in ranch.

At the Bar
Where would they be without their coffee: not this far is for sure. Since the opening of their storefront in 2024, April & Michael have had incredible baristas to bring an extra pep in their step. Their head barista created dozens of recipes specially for The Black Sheep Cafe.

And the community has fallen in love.
The unique coffee menu is always growing, and constantly seeking to serve the community's specific tastes. They have mastered the classic drip coffee, but have come so far devising intricate lattes: like their Coconut Creme Pie, which piqued the interest of
coffee-connoisseurs in the city.

Looking Ahead
Now the Black Sheep Cafe is still growing.
They've added a complex menu of Dirty Sodas, made with all your favorite nostalgic flavors. Energy Drink alternatives are also buzzing with their Loaded Energy Teas
from Amped Up (Knoxville).
To top it all off, their candy-making equipment will be moved in-house,
so they can bring you the joy of fresh candy that you can
observe being made in real time.
